- Your browser must have Javascript enabled.
- Your browser must refresh on every visit to the page.
Accept cookies
Follow these steps if you have version 4 of Internet Explorer.
- Select Internet Options from the View drop-down menu.
- Click the advanced tab and scroll down to the Security section.
- Click the radio button labeled 'Always accept cookies'.
- Click OK to save changes.
Follow these steps if you have version 5 of Internet Explorer.
- Select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu.
- Click the Security tab and select a Web zone.
- Click the Custom Level button to access security levels.
- Scroll down to the Cookies section and click the Enable radio buttons under 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer', and 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)'.
- Click OK to save changes.
Follow these steps if you have version 6 of Internet Explorer.
- Select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu.
- Click the 'Privacy' tab.
- Click 'Advanced'.
- Click 'Override automatic cookie handling', 'Accept' First-party Cookies, 'Accept' Third-party Cookies and 'Always allow session cookies'.
- Click OK to save changes.
Update internet pages automatically
Follow these steps if you have version 4 of Internet Explorer.
- Select Internet Options from the View drop-down menu.
- Click Settings located in the Temporary Internet files section in the General tab.
- Click the radio button labeled 'Every visit to the page'.
- Click OK to save changes.
Follow these steps if you have version 5 or 6 of Internet Explorer.
- Select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu.
- Click Settings from the General tab, Temporary Internet files section.
- Check the 'Every visit to the page' radio button.
- Click OK to save changes.
